Réalisé dans le cadre de la résidence « Art et mondes du travail » dans l’entreprise Claude Dozorme, avec le soutien de la DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et du réseau Entreprendre
Flèches en acier damassé, acérées, reconstituées à partir de chutes dans l’entreprise.
Dans la grotte, Charlotte Charbonnel s’appuie sur le rocher pour réaliser Nucleus, un corps autant vivant que minéral percé de flèches acérées d’où s’échappent des gouttes d’eau. Fissures naturelles du rocher ou éclats provoqués par la main de l’Homme, Charlotte Charbonnel convoque l’image d’une nature puissante et vulnérable à la fois.

Sharp damask steel arrows, reconstructed from scrap material from the workshop
In the cave, Charlotte Charbonnel leans on the rock to make Nucleus, a body as alive as mineral, pierced with sharp arrows from which water drops escape. Natural cracks in the rock or splinters caused by man’s hand, Charlotte Charbonnel conjures up the image of a nature that is both powerful and vulnerable.
